Francis Brolly (died 6 February 2020) was an Irish republican politician, musician and teacher. He was born in Dungiven, Northern Ireland. He was a member of Sinn Féin until 2018. From 2003 to 2010, he served as a member of the Northern Ireland Assembly for East Londonderry.

Brolly died on 6 February 2020. He was in his early 80s.[1]
