Frank Watkins (February 19, 1968 – October 18, 2015) was an American heavy metal musician. He was best known as the bass player for the death metal band Obituary. He also played for the Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth from 2007 until his death in 2015. He was known by the stage name "Bøddel" during his time with Gorgoroth.

He started playing music when he was 12 years old. He joined Obituary in 1989.[1] Other than music, Watkins decided to form a management company called Back From the Dead Productions which tries to help bands create a positive career in the music business.[2] Watkins joined Gorgoroth in December 2007.[3] He debuted with Gorgoroth at the Hole in the Sky festival on August 29, 2009.[4]

In 2012, Watkins was diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma.[1] On October 18, 2015, Watkins died after a long battle with cancer.[2]
