Frankie Oviedo (born September 21, 1973) is a former Colombian footballer and manager. As a footballer, he played as a midfielder for teams in Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico. He was capped 24 times for Colombia, and played for them at the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Oviedo's daughter, Valentina Oviedo, who was born in Mexico City, played for Tijuana's women's team in the Liga MX Femenil, and is a member of the Colombia women's national under-20 football team.
