Franklin County, Alabama
Franklin County is a county in the U.S. state of Alabama. As of the 2010 census, the population was 31,704. The county seat is Russellville. The name is in honor of Benjamin Franklin, famous statesman, scientist, and printer.
Franklin County was founded on February 6, 1818.
