Geoffrey John Harvey (6 August 1935 – 30 March 2019)[1][2] was an English-Australian pianist, conductor, musical director and television personality. He worked at the Australian Nine Network for 38 years. He was known for starring on The Mike Walsh Show and Midday. He was born in London.

Awards and recognition[change | change source]

Harvey was a recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia during the 2006 Queen's Birthday honours for "service to the community as a musician and entertainer, and through support for charitable organisations".[3]

Harvey died on 30 March 2019 in Berrima, New South Wales at the age of 83.[4]
