George C. Hasay (February 7, 1948 – February 8, 2021) was an American politician. He was a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1973 to 2006.[2]

Hasay died on February 8, 2021, after a brief illness in Ross Township, Pennsylvania, one day after his 73rd birthday.[3]
