Gerakan Tanah Air

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Gerakan Tanah Air (GTA, Homeland Movement or Homeland Party) is a group of Malay political parties started by former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in August 2022.[1][2] Mahathir said GTA would compete in the next election against the ruling Barisan Nasional.[3] The group applied for official registration on 6 September 2022,[4] but did not win any seats in the 2022 General Election.[5]
