Gerardo Ruiz Esparza

Gerardo Ruiz Esparza (22 April 1949 – 1 April 2020) was a Mexican attorney and politician. From 2012 to 2018, he served as the Secretary of Communications and Transportation in the cabinet of Enrique Peña Nieto. He was born in Mexico City.

On 1 April 2020, Ruiz Esparza died of a stroke in Mexico City. He was 70.[1]
