Giovanni Battista Pichierri (February 12, 1943 – July 26, 2017) was an Italian prelate of Roman Catholic Church. He was born in Sava, Apulia.

He was ordained to the priesthood in 1967. Pichierri served as bishop of the Diocese of Cerignola-Ascoli Satriano, Italy from 1990 to 1999. He then served as archbishop of the Archdiocese of Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie from 1999 to his death in 2017.[1]

Pichierri died in Trani, Apulia of an aortic aneurysm on July 26, 2017 at the age of 74.[2]
