Goodbye Bafana is a 2007 drama movie. It is about the life of Nelson Mandela when he was in prison. It stars Dennis Haysbert, Joseph Fiennes and Diane Kruger. It was released in Germany on February 11, 2007 at the Berlinale.[1]

The young revolutionary and anti-apartheid activist Nelson Mandela is arrested, and it is the job of censor and guard James Gregory to watch him. During his work in the prison of Robben Island, Gregory slowly begins to dislike the apartheid politics and the racism of white South Africans he is part of.
