Gorani people

The Gorani people live in different parts of the Balkan Mountains, especially in Kosovo. Their Ancestors once came centuries before from Persia. The language Gorani is a mix of Persian language and Old Slavic languages. Their religion is Islam. In 1999, a mass circumcision was hold in Dragash for Gorani boys,[1]. Dragash is one of the main settlements, the Gorani Men are wellknown for Oil wrestling.[2]
