Gordon Dunne

Gordon Dunne

Gordon Dunne MBE (4 April 1959 – 20 June 2021) was a British politician from Northern Ireland. He was a member of the Democratic Unionist Party. He was an MLA for North Down from 2011 until June 2021. He was born in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.[1]

Dunne resigned as MLA on 9 June 2021 due to ill health. 11 days later, he died of cancer, aged 62. His son Stephen was co-opted to the role.[2][3]
