Grey DeLisle (born August 24, 1973) is an American voice actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter.[1]
She is known for her voice roles as numerous characters of Wubbzy from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Vicky from The Fairly OddParents, Samantha "Sam" Manson from Danny Phantom, X.Z. Needlemeyer from The Amazing World of Gumball, Frankie Foster, Duchess and Goo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Olivia / Mystery Puzzler from Kingdom Gamers, Ms. Chalice from The Cuphead Show!, Kimiko Tohomiko from Xiaolin Showdown, and Prince Puppycorn from Unikitty!.
She has also been the voice of Daphne Blake in the Scooby-Doo cartoons and direct-to-videos and other appearances since 2000 as well as Basil in Kate's Place.[2]
