Gyros (food)
A gyro or gyros is a Greek food. It is cooked on a vertical rotisserie then thinly sliced.
Gyros are traditionally served with tzatziki in a pita bread and it can be made with pork, beef and lamb.
It is a popular fast food in Greece and America.
