HB Tórshavn ( Havnar [1] Bóltfelag short HB) is the most successful football club from the Faroe Islands.
History

HB was founded in 1904 in the capital city of Tórshavn. The club has approximately 1,000 members, 600 of whom are active players. HB has won the Faroese league title 24 times (record holder) and the cup 30 times. HB Tórshavn's greatest success in the UEFA Cup was a 2-0 victory against Vaasan PS (Finland) in 1998. The biggest defeat at this level was 0:10 against Tromsø IL (Norway) in 1995.
