Hans A. Linde

Hans Arthur Linde (April 15, 1924 – August 31, 2020) was a German-born American legal scholar and lawyer. He was born in Berlin. He was nominated by Governor Robert W. Straub to be the 79th Associate Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court in 1977. He retired in 1990.

Linde died on August 31, 2020 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 96.[1]
