Hans Heinrich Lammers (27 May 1879 in Lubliniec – 4 January 1962 in Düsseldorf) was a German politician. He was a member of Hitler's Cabinet. He was also a SS-Obergruppenführer.

After the war he got a sentence of 20 years imprisonment because of war crimes.

In World War I, he got the Iron Cross.
