Harvey Lowell Wollman (May 14, 1935 – October 18, 2022) was an American politician. He was the 26th Governor of South Dakota. He was the first Lieutenant Governor in the history of South Dakota to move into the Governor's office. He is also the most recent Democrat to hold the title of South Dakota governor.[1] His brother is Senior Judge Roger Leland Wollman.

Wollman died on October 18, 2022, at the age of 87.[2]
