Hassan Ali Khaire (Somali: Xasan Cali Khayre, Arabic: حسن علي خيري; born 15 April 1968), popularly known as Hassan Khaire[1] is a Somali-Norwegian activist, manager and politician. He was the Prime Minister of Somalia from 23 February 2017[2] to 25 July 2020.

Khaire is a former oil executive. He has been a regional director of the Norwegian Refugee Council charity and served as the director of the British oil company Soma Oil and Gas.[3][4]
