"Heartbreaker" is a pop song under singer-songwriter Mariah Carey. The song was released on September 21, 1999 in North America.[1] The song samples the 1982 pop song "Attack of the Name Game" under Stacy Lattisaw. "Heartbreaker" is about a relationship from a female perspective; the protagonist returns to her lover. But her lover constantly cheats on her.

"Heartbreaker" received mixed music reviews from critics. A number of critics felt the song wasn't original in terms of a creative step forward. However, it hit #1 on the United States Billboard Hot 100 and the Canadian Singles Chart.

In the video, Carey played two women: herself and a woman named Bianca. There was a physical fight between these two women in a movie theater.
