Heino Kleiminger

Heino Kleiminger (3 February 1939 – 16 April 2015) was a German footballer. He played for FC Anker Wismar, F.C. Hansa Rostock, and the East Germany national football team between 1956 and 1973.

Kleiminger was born in Wismar, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. His son Ralf Kleiminger (born 1963) was also a footballer. He survived a massive heart attack in 1997, and had a bypass operation in 1998.

Kleiminger died from cancer on 16 April 2015 in Rostock. He was 76.[1]
