Helmut Bakaitis

Helmut Bakaitis (born 26 September 1944) is a German-born Australian director, actor and screenwriter. He is known for his role as The Architect in The Matrix movie series. Bakaitis was born in Lauban, Lower Silesia, Germany (now Lubań, Poland).[1] Bakaitis started teaching directing at Australian Academy of Dramatic Art (AADA).[2][3]
