Her is a movie directed by Spike Jonze. It is about a man who falls in love with his artificial intelligence assistant.[1] It stars Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett Johansson.[2]

Spike Jonze based the movie on experiences from his life, such as reading about a website where people could send messages to an artificial intelligence chatbot,[3] and divorcing Sofia Coppola.[4] He wrote the first version of the movie in five months.[5]

The movie got positive reviews, with most critics and moviegoers enjoying it.[6] The movie made $48 million.[7]
