Hermano Mayor (Spanish TV series)

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hermano Mayor was a television program broadcast on Fridays during prime time on the Spanish television network Canal Plus, beginning on April 24, 2009 to July 14, 2017. It had an educational purpose and was created following the success of Supernanny and SOS Teenagers.

In a 2021 interview, the presenter, Pedro García Aguado, was highly critical of the program, stating that the production team deliberately provoked the young people to elicit the seemingly exaggerated angry reactions seen on screen.
