Hong Sa-ik (hangul: 홍사익, hanja: 洪思翊, born February 2, 1887 – September 26, 1946) was a military general of Japan from Korea.

In September, 1905 he entered into the Korean empire military school and graduated in September 1909. He joined the Japanese military. In 1910 until 1936s he was army service and promotion general of Japanese armies. In 1940, he was appointed to China Nanjing and in 1944 he was appoint to Philippines.

In August 1945, Japan was defeated by the US army and coalition forces. He was arrested by the USA army. Before Japanese got defeated, he tried escaping. On September 26, 1946, he was sentenced to death by firing squads in company of other Japanese generals.
