Irene Hernández de Jesús (20 October 1958 – 4 April 2021) was a Mexican mixe teacher, activist and politician. She was a pioneer and president of women's political participation in the Mixe region of Oaxaca in Mexico.[1][2]
Hernández de Jesús died on 4 April 2021, aged 62.[1]
