Irina Konstantinovna Mezhonnova (born Irina Malkova, 23 March 1989) is a Russian volleyball player.

She played at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship,[1] 2015 Summer Universiade, 2015 FIVB World Grand Prix, 2015 Montreux Volley Masters,[2] 2016 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, and 2017 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship.[3]

She played for Volero Le Cannet, WVC Dynamo Kazan, VC Yenisey Krasnoyarsk, and Volero Zürich.
