Israel Beltrán Montes
Israel Beltrán Montes (29 March 1947 – 2 March 2022) was a Mexican businessman and politician. He was a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He was a Deputy in the Congress of the Union from 1991 until 1994 and again from 2006 until 2009. Beltrán Montes was born in Chihuahua City, Mexico.
Beltrán Montes died on 2 March 2022 in Chihuahua City from problems caused by COVID-19, aged 74.[1]
