Ivana Martinčić (born 28 July 1985) is a Croatian international football referee. She has been an international football since 2014.[1][2] Martinčić is referee in the Prva nogometna liga and also in the Hrvatska nogometna liga, the top division association football league in Croatia.

In September 2021 she became the first female referee of a Croatian football first division league match. Later the year she became the first Croatian female referee of a men’s senior international match.[3][4]

Martinčić was a referee at the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 in England.[5]
