Iwan Rheon (born 13 May 1985) is a Welsh actor, singer and musician. He is known for his television roles as Simon Bellamy in E4's Misfits and Ramsay Bolton in HBO's Game of Thrones. He has also starred in Vicious, Riviera and Inhumans. His movie credits include The Liberator (2013) and The Dirt (2019).

Rheon was born in Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire. He grew up in Cardiff. He speaks both Welsh (his first language) and English.[1]
