Jackson Mphikwa Mthembu (5 June 1958 – 21 January 2021) was a South African politician. He was Minister in the Presidency of South Africa's government from 2019 to 2021. He was a member of the African National Congress (ANC). He was the Whip of Parliament from 2016 to 2019.[1] Mthembu was born in Witbank, South Africa.
Mthembu died of COVID-19 on 21 January 2021 in Johannesburg, aged 62.[2]
