Jacob Needleman

Jacob Needleman (born October 6, 1934) is an American philosopher, author, and religious scholar. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1] He is a professor of philosophy at San Francisco State University[2][3] and is said to have "popularized the term 'new religious movements'."[4]
