Jaime Humberto Hermosillo

Jaime Humberto Hermosillo Delgado (22 January 1942 – 13 January 2020) was a Mexican movie director and screenwriter. He was born in Aguascalientes City, Mexico. He worked with Gabriel García Márquez on Mary My Dearest in 1979 and The Summer of Miss Forbes in 1988. His 1991 movie Homework was entered into the 17th Moscow International Film Festival where it won a Special Mention.[1]

On 13 January 2020, Hermosillo died in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico at the age of 77.[2]
