James Robert Flynn FRSNZ (28 April 1934[1] – 11 December 2020)[2] was a New Zealand intelligence researcher. He taught political studies at the University of Otago in Dunedin. He was known for his studies on the increase of IQ scores throughout the world, which is now known as the Flynn effect.[3]
Flynn died on 11 December 2020 in Dunedin, New Zealand at the age of 86.[2]
