January 1910 United Kingdom general election
The January 1910 UK general election took place between 15 January and 10 February 1910.
The result was a hung parliament. The Conservatives won the highest number of votes while the Liberals remained the largest party by number of seats. With support from the Irish Parliamentary Party, Prime Minister Herbert Asquith and the Liberals remained in power. There was a second election in December 1910.
