Jay Kim

Jay Chang Joon Kim (Hangul: 김창준; born March 27, 1939) is a Korean-American politician. He was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from California between 1993 to 1999. He was the first Korean American to be elected to the United States Congress.[1] Kim was born in present-day Seoul.
