Jennifer Hale
Jennifer Hale (born January 1, 1972) is a Canadian-American voice actress. She is best known for voicing Sam from Totally Spies!, Commander Shepard from Mass Effect, Samus Aran from Metroid Prime and Ms. Keane from The Powerpuff Girls franchise, Dexter's Lab, DC and Marvel projects, Nickelodeon shows like Rugrats, Fairly OddParents, Rocket Power, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Bunsen Is a Beast, Avatar franchise, Barnyard. Several other video games and cartoons.
