James Edward "Jim Ed" Brown (April 1, 1934 – June 11, 2015) was an American country music singer. He was a member of The Browns with his sisters Maxine and Bonnie Brown. He also worked with Helen Cornelius and was a solo artist. He was born in Sparkman, Arkansas.

Brown died from cancer on June 11, 2015 in Franklin, Tennessee, aged 81.[1]
