Joe Coulombe

Joseph Hardin Coulombe (June 3, 1930 – February 28, 2020) was an American entrepreneur. His most famous thing he ever did was when he founded the grocery store chain Trader Joe's in 1967.[1] He was born in San Diego, California on June 3, 1930. He was educated at Stanford University.

Coulombe died on February 28, 2020 in Pasadena, California at the age of 89.[2] Joseph died of a long illness. The illness that caused his death is unknown or unstated.
