John Cunliffe

John Arthur Cunliffe (16 June 1933 20 September 2018) was an English children's book author and television presenter. He was known for creating the characters of Postman Pat and Rosie and Jim.[1][2][3]

Life and death

Cunliffe was born in Colne, Lancashire. He died on 20 September 2018, aged 85, having worked for Sky, BBC and ITV News.[4]
