John Ingle (May 7, 1928 – September 16, 2012) was an American movie, television, and voice actor. He was known for his voice role as Edward Quartermaine in General Hospital.

Ingle was born on May 7, 1928 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ingle was married to Grace-Lynne from 1954 until her death in 2012. They had five children. Ingle died on September 16, 2012 from melanoma in his home in Los Angeles, California, aged 84.[1]
