John N. Abrams

General John Nelson Abrams (September 3, 1946 – August 20, 2018) was a United States Army four-star general. He was born in Cumberland, Maine. He commanded the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command from 1998 to 2002. He served in the army during the Vietnam War.[1]

Abrams died on August 20, 2018 in Arlington, Virginia at the age of 71.[2]
