John George O'Hurley (born October 9, 1954) is an American movie, television, stage, and voice actor. He is known for his role as J. Peterman in Seinfeld.

O'Hurley was born on October 9, 1954 in Kittery, Maine.[1] He studied at Kingswood-Oxford School and at Providence College. O'Hurley was married to Eva LaRue from 1992 until they divorced in 1994. He has been married to Lisa Mesloh since 2004. With Mesloh, he has a son.

He was the host of Family Feud from 2006 to 2010. He left the show in 2010 and was replaced by Steve Harvey.
