John William Rogan (16 February 1868 - 12 September 1905) was the second tallest man to ever live. His height was 8 feet 9 inches (267 centimetres). He was 2 inches (5 centimetres) shorter than Robert Wadlow. He developed ankylosis during his teenage years.
