Jon Bon Jovi (born John Francis Bongiovi on March 2, 1962 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey) is an American musician and actor. He is most famous as lead singer of the group, Bon Jovi. Of origin he's Italian.

In 1983 he was one of the founder of American hard-rock band Bon Jovi. Earlier he sang in bands Starz and Atlantic City Expressway.

In 2006 he was ranked in 31st place out of 100 the best vocalist in history.

He starred in 18 films, last time in 2011.
