José Carlos Ruiz González
Jose Carlos Ruiz Gonzalez (born November 4, 1971 in Los Realejos, Tenerife, Canary Islands) is a judo athlete from Spain. He has a disability: He is blind and is a B2 type athlete. He competed in judo at the 2000 Summer Paralympics and he won third place in the men's Up to 60 kg group. [1] [2]
