José Francisco "El Nene" Sanfilippo (born 4 May 1935) is a former Argentine footballer who played as a striker. He was born in Buenos Aires. From 1953 to 1962, Sanfilippo played for San Lorenzo and from 1957 to 1962 for the national team.

He is the 9th highest scoring player in Argentine football.[1]
