José Sulaimán Chagnón (born May 30, 1931 – January 16, 2014) was a Mexican boxing official. He was the president of the World Boxing Council. He was entered into the International Boxing Hall of Fame on June 10, 2007.[1][2]

Sulaimán was born in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. He died in Los Angeles, California.[3]
