Joseph Bacon "Joe" Fraser, Jr. (January 26, 1926 – March 13, 2014) was an American real estate developer. He was a co-founder of the Sea Pines Company, along with his brother Charles E. Fraser and father General Joseph B. Fraser. He first developed Hilton Head Island into a popular destination. He was born in Hinesville, Georgia.

Fraser died from natural causes on March 13, 2014 in Bluffton, South Carolina. He was 80 years old.[1]
