Joseph Blatchford

Joseph Blatchford (born June 7, 1934) was the third Director of the United States Peace Corps. Blatchford was appointed Peace Corps Director in 1969 by President Richard Nixon. He retired 1971.

Blatchford was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was raised in Beverly Hills, California.
